Please read these terms carefully before placing any order with PackagingBox.pk. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By placing an order, making a payment, or using any service offered by PackagingBox.pk, you unconditionally accept and agree to all Terms & Conditions stated on this page. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any order or transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Section 01

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “Client,” or “User”) and PackagingBox.pk (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), a packaging products and services business operating in Pakistan.

By accessing our website at packagingbox.pk, contacting us via WhatsApp, phone, or email, placing an order, or making any payment, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
  • You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • If ordering on behalf of a business, you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
  • You agree that these Terms supersede any prior verbal or written understandings unless explicitly agreed in writing by a Company director.

Proceeding with any order constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. No exceptions will be made.

2. Definitions

Section 02

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • “Company” refers to PackagingBox.pk, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual, business, or entity that places an order or uses our services.
  • “Order” refers to any request for products or services submitted to the Company.
  • “Custom Order” refers to any order involving bespoke dimensions, printing, design, or finishing specific to the Customer.
  • “Ready-Made Products” refers to stock items available for immediate purchase without customization.
  • “Artwork” refers to any design files, logos, images, or creative assets provided by the Customer for printing.
  • “Advance Payment” refers to the non-refundable deposit required to initiate production.
  • “Delivery Date” refers to the estimated date of dispatch, not guaranteed arrival.

3. Order Placement

Section 03
Binding Agreement

All orders placed with PackagingBox.pk — whether via website, WhatsApp, phone call, or email — are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. Verbal or written communication alone does not constitute a confirmed order.
  • Order Accuracy: The Customer is solely responsible for providing accurate specifications including dimensions, quantity, material, design details, and delivery address. The Company will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): The Company reserves the right to set and change MOQ requirements at any time without prior notice.
  • Order Changes: Once an order has entered production, no changes to specifications, quantity, or design will be accepted. Any change requests before production begins must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges.
  • Order Rejection: The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that violate applicable laws, contain offensive content, or cannot be fulfilled due to capacity constraints.

The Company’s acceptance of an order is conditional upon availability of materials, production capacity, and receipt of advance payment.

4. Payment Terms

Section 04
Non-Negotiable

All payments must be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.

Advance Payment 50% of total order value is required before production begins. This amount is strictly non-refundable once production starts.
Balance Payment Remaining 50% must be paid in full before delivery or dispatch of goods. No goods will be released without full payment.
Accepted Methods Bank Transfer (HBL, MCB, UBL, Meezan), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Cash (Karachi only), Cheque (registered businesses).
Late Payment Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received. The Company reserves the right to charge a storage fee for orders held beyond 7 days after completion.
  • Payment confirmation must be shared via WhatsApp or email with a valid bank transaction screenshot.
  • Cheque payments are subject to clearance. Production will not begin until the cheque is cleared.
  • The Company is not responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency conversion costs incurred by the Customer.
  • In case of dishonoured cheques, the Customer will be liable for all associated bank charges plus a penalty fee determined by the Company.

The advance payment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once production has commenced.

5. Pricing Policy

Section 05

All prices quoted by PackagingBox.pk are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of quotation, unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice due to:

  • Fluctuations in raw material costs, paper, ink, or packaging supplies.
  • Changes in fuel prices, transportation costs, or courier tariffs.
  • Currency exchange rate variations affecting imported materials.
  • Changes in government taxes, duties, or levies.
  • Any other factor affecting the cost of production or delivery.

Quoted prices are exclusive of delivery charges unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery charges will be calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination city and added to the final invoice.

A price quoted verbally or in a chat message is not binding. Only a formal written quotation issued by the Company is considered an official price offer.

6. Design & Artwork Policy

Section 06
Customer Responsibility

The Customer is fully responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of all artwork and design files submitted to the Company.

  • File Quality: The Company requires print-ready files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, or 300 DPI PNG/TIFF). The Company will not be held responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork provided by the Customer.
  • Design Approval: A digital proof (2D dieline and/or 3D mockup) will be provided for Customer approval before production. Once the Customer approves the proof in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or any written medium), the Company bears no responsibility for any errors, misspellings, color discrepancies, or design issues present in the approved proof.
  • Color Variation: The Customer acknowledges that colors displayed on digital screens may differ from printed output due to monitor calibration, printing process, and material type. The Company does not guarantee exact color matching unless a Pantone color reference is agreed upon in writing.
  • Design Charges: Design services provided by the Company are chargeable. Design fees are non-refundable once design work has been initiated, regardless of whether the order proceeds to production.
  • Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork, the Customer warrants that they own or have the legal right to use all submitted designs, logos, images, and content. The Company accepts no liability for intellectual property infringement arising from Customer-supplied artwork.
  • Offensive Content: The Company reserves the right to refuse printing of any content deemed illegal, offensive, defamatory, or in violation of Pakistani law.

7. Production & Approval Process

Section 07

Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. The Company will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed timelines but shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Delays in Customer approval of proofs or design files.
  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Customer.
  • Force majeure events including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
  • Machine breakdowns, material shortages, or other unforeseen production issues.
  • Public holidays or non-working days.
Production Start Begins only after advance payment is received AND written proof approval is confirmed by the Customer.
Proof Approval Customer must approve or request changes within 48 hours of receiving the proof. Delays in approval will extend the production timeline accordingly.
Production Changes No changes are permitted once production has commenced. Any change request will be treated as a new order.
Quantity Tolerance The Company reserves the right to deliver up to ±5% of the ordered quantity. The Customer will be invoiced for the actual quantity delivered.

8. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Important

PackagingBox.pk delivers nationwide across Pakistan via third-party courier services including TCS, Leopards, and M&P. The following terms apply to all deliveries:

  • Delivery Timelines: All delivery timelines are estimates only. The Company does not guarantee delivery on a specific date and shall not be liable for delays caused by the courier company, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer and will be added to the final invoice. Rates vary by city, weight, and order volume.
  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and damage passes to the Customer upon handover of goods to the courier company. The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
  • Incorrect Address: The Customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. The Company will not be liable for failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • Delivery Inspection: The Customer must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any visible damage to outer packaging must be noted with the courier at the time of delivery. Claims for transit damage must be reported to the Company within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Uncollected Orders: If an order is returned to the Company due to non-collection or failed delivery, re-delivery charges will be borne by the Customer. The Company reserves the right to charge a storage fee of PKR 500 per day for orders held beyond 7 days after the first delivery attempt.

The Company is not responsible for courier delays. Estimated delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

9. Cancellation Policy

Section 09
Strictly Enforced

The Company operates a strict cancellation policy. Customers are advised to review all order details carefully before confirming and making payment.

  • Before Production: Cancellations requested before production begins may be considered at the Company’s sole discretion. A cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total order value may be charged to cover administrative, design, and material procurement costs.
  • After Production Starts: Once production has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. The full order value remains payable.
  • After Dispatch: Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. The Customer must accept and pay for the delivered goods.
  • Custom Orders: All custom-printed orders are non-cancellable once the design has been approved and advance payment received.
  • Company-Initiated Cancellation: If the Company cancels an order due to its own inability to fulfil it, the advance payment will be refunded in full within 7–10 working days. No additional compensation will be provided.

Advance payments are non-refundable once production has commenced. No exceptions will be made regardless of circumstances.

10. Refund Policy

Section 10
Limited Refunds

PackagingBox.pk operates a limited refund policy. Refunds are only considered in the following specific circumstances:

  • Company Error: If the Company produces goods that materially differ from the approved proof (e.g., wrong size, wrong material, or significantly different print), a reprint or partial refund may be offered at the Company’s discretion.
  • Defective Goods: If a significant portion of the order (more than 10%) is found to be genuinely defective due to a manufacturing fault, the Company may offer a reprint of the defective quantity only.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer-approved design errors, including misspellings, wrong colors, or incorrect dimensions specified by the Customer.
  • Color variations between digital proofs and printed output (within acceptable industry tolerance).
  • Minor size variations within ±3mm of specified dimensions.
  • Change of mind after production has commenced.
  • Delays in delivery caused by courier companies or force majeure events.
  • Damage caused by the Customer after delivery.
  • Orders where the Customer has not reported issues within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Ready-made stock items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@packagingbox.pk within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Late claims will not be entertained.

11. Quality Standards & Claims

Section 11

PackagingBox.pk is committed to delivering quality packaging products. However, the following industry-standard tolerances apply to all orders:

  • Dimensional Tolerance: ±3mm variation in box dimensions is considered acceptable and does not constitute a defect.
  • Color Tolerance: Minor color variations between approved digital proofs and final printed products are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects. Exact color matching is only guaranteed when Pantone references are agreed upon in writing.
  • Quantity Tolerance: A variation of ±5% in delivered quantity is acceptable. The Customer will be invoiced for the actual quantity delivered.
  • Material Variation: Minor variations in material texture, weight, or finish may occur between batches and are not considered defects.

All quality claims must be:

  • Submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Accompanied by clear photographs showing the alleged defect.
  • Supported by the original order reference number.

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances. The Company’s decision on quality claims is final and binding.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

Section 12

All content on the PackagingBox.pk website — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and website code — is the exclusive intellectual property of PackagingBox.pk and is protected under applicable Pakistani and international copyright laws.

  • No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.
  • The Company retains the right to use any designs, samples, or packaging it produces as portfolio references and marketing materials, unless the Customer explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before production.
  • The Customer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use submitted artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Customer’s order.
  • The Customer warrants that all submitted artwork does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Company accepts no liability for any IP infringement claims arising from Customer-supplied designs.

13. Limitation of Liability

Section 13
Company Protection

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PackagingBox.pk’s total liability to the Customer for any claim arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for that specific order.

The Company shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or goodwill.
  • Business interruption or loss of data.
  • Damages arising from the Customer’s use or inability to use the ordered products.
  • Losses arising from third-party courier delays, damage, or loss during transit.
  • Losses arising from force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power failures, or civil unrest.
  • Losses arising from the Customer’s failure to provide accurate specifications or timely approvals.

The Company’s maximum liability is strictly limited to the value of the specific order in question. No claims for consequential or indirect losses will be entertained.

14. Indemnification

Section 14

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PackagingBox.pk, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • The Customer’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Any intellectual property infringement resulting from Customer-supplied artwork or designs.
  • The Customer’s use of products purchased from the Company in a manner that causes harm to third parties.
  • Any false, misleading, or inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
  • Any violation of applicable laws or regulations by the Customer.

15. Privacy & Data Policy

Section 15

PackagingBox.pk collects and processes Customer data (including name, phone number, email address, and delivery address) solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service.

  • Customer data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Order information may be shared with courier companies solely for the purpose of delivery.
  • The Company may use Customer contact details to send order updates, promotional offers, and product announcements. Customers may opt out at any time by contacting us.
  • The Company implements reasonable security measures to protect Customer data but cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access.
  • By placing an order, the Customer consents to the collection and use of their data as described above.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Section 16

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, the matter may be referred to arbitration under Pakistani law before proceeding to litigation.
  • Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Amendments to Terms

Section 17

PackagingBox.pk reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to Customers.

  • Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of our services or placement of orders after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The Company is not obligated to notify Customers of changes.
  • Orders placed before a Terms update will be governed by the Terms in effect at the time of order placement.
